The BIn – Biuro Inżynierskie has been implementing industrial construction investments for 25 years. A standard order includes the complex realisation of a facility – from concept through design and construction to obtaining an occupancy permit.
Experience
To date, BIn has completed over 100 orders for the design and general construction of industrial buildings with a total area of approximately 800 000 m2.
Customers
The largest part of the completed orders are facilities for plastic processing, the food industry, electronic and furniture industries, as well as logistics and warehousing facilities. The most significant projects include the construction of logistics and industrial parks such as Millennium Logistic Parks in Pruszków, Poznań and Tychy, Panattoni in Lublin and Zielona Góra and the construction of an OSI (McDonald’s) meat processing plant in Ostróda.
Nearly 100 employees
BIn employs about 90 workers, including 40 assemblers of steel structures and enclosures. The assembly work is carried out by a separate subsidiary company – BIn – Montaż, which also executes specialised orders in addition to basic contracts – investments carried out comprehensively by Bin.
